Use the website for normal informational and business purposes. Don't try to break it, scrape it at scale, copy our content for a competing site, reverse-engineer the demo pages, or submit fake demo or pilot forms. We reserve the right to block access if any of those happen.
The Digital Key, the wordmark, the design, and the platform technology are property of The Digital Key Limited. Six patent claims covering NFC valet operations were filed in November 2025 and are pending. Don't reproduce our content, copy our patent-pending methods, or imitate our brand.
The website is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy on every page, but specifications, features, pricing, and integrations can change. Before committing to a pilot or contract, confirm the details in writing with us. We are not responsible for any decision made solely on the basis of the website content.
To the extent permitted by law, The Digital Key Limited's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to a refund of any fees you paid us specifically for website-related services, which is currently zero. For commercial agreements, liability terms are set in the separate signed contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Disputes are handled in Allegheny County, PA courts.
We may update these terms. The updated date will show at the top. If changes are material, we'll post a note on the home page for at least 30 days.
