What a Pilot Looks Like

Four Weeks. One Property.

Week 1 · Conversation

30 minutes on the phone or in person. We talk about your hotel contract, your current ticketing flow, and what would make a pilot worth your time. No pitch deck.

Week 1

Week 2 · Setup

We configure the platform for one property under your brand. Print and ship NFC cards. Train your station manager and one or two drivers. Usually done in under a day on site.

Week 2

Week 3-4 · Live

The system runs alongside your existing flow. We watch retrieval times, walk-in priority, and guest interactions. You watch driver feedback. We meet at the end of each week.

Weeks 3 to 4

End of Pilot · Decision

You see the numbers. We share what we learned. You decide whether to roll out across more properties, extend the pilot, or walk away. Either is fine.

Who We're Looking For
Valet operators running at least one luxury hotel contract. Strong preference for operators with a clear sense of why their current ticketing flow is holding them back. Markets we can reach in person for the pilot: Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cleveland, Nashville, Charleston, Scottsdale, DC. Other markets considered case by case.
