On this website: If you fill out a demo or pilot form, we collect the name, email, company, role, and other details you provide. We also collect anonymous analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, browser type, country) through standard tools.
In the product: When the platform is deployed at a hotel or operator location, the NFC card stores a session identifier (not personal data). Guest information that flows through the system is owned by the property and sanitized at the end of each valet session by design.
Website form submissions are used only to reply to you. We will not add you to a sales sequence, sell your information, or share it with anyone outside our company.
Anonymous analytics help us understand which pages are useful and which need work. Analytics only runs if you allow it in the cookie notice, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. We don't try to identify individual visitors.
We won't sell your data. We won't share it with advertisers. We won't add you to a marketing list without your explicit opt-in. We won't share form submissions with third parties except where we use a service to process the form itself (currently Formspree, which transmits the submission to our email).
If you ever want your information deleted, email hello@the-digital-key.com and we will remove it.
The site uses minimal cookies for analytics and to remember basic preferences. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and post a note on the home page for at least 30 days. Material changes will go to existing customers by email.
